Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Bathroom Remodeling Subcontractors who can install tub/shower systems, wall surrounds, plumbing connections, vanities, and related bathroom components. If you run a dependable crew, maintain high standards, and value consistent work, we want to partner with you.

Responsibilities

• Perform bathtub and shower replacements
• Install wall systems, surrounds, fixtures, and accessories
• Complete plumbing connections (licensed plumbers preferred)
• Ensure jobsite safety and cleanliness
• Communicate professionally with customers and the Patriot Bath team
• Deliver high-quality craftsmanship that meets company standards
• Complete installations in the scheduled timeframe

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of bathroom remodeling experience
• Fully insured (Liability & Workers’ Comp/Accident policy)
• Proper licensing where required
• Your own crew and tools
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain clean, organized jobsites
• Professionalism and strong communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Acrylic or composite bath system installation
• Kohler, Onyx, Samuel Mueller, Bath Fitter, or similar systems
• Tile experience
• Finish work experience

Compensation

• Paid per completed job
• Average subcontractor earnings: $2,500–$5,000+ per week depending on volume and skill
• Higher pay for complex installs and rapid completion
